Education Assistance

Program Details

The program covers up to 100% of tuition costs for approved courses and degrees, subject to annual and lifetime maximums. Eligible degrees include undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as specific certificate programs at accredited institutions. For reimbursement details, approved programs, and additional information, please refer to the plan document or FAQ or contact HR directly.

Note: If a partner leaves the company within eighteen (18) months of receiving education reimbursement, they are required to repay Schreiber for any reimbursements received during that period.

Eligibility

This benefit is available to regular full-time, non-union regular part-time, or supplemental active partners who maintain a performance rating of successful or higher.

How to Get Started

Step 1: Complete the application form.

Step 2: Submit the completed form with required documents and signatures to  HOBenefitsIntern@schreiberfoods.com.

Step 3: Your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified once approved or if additional
information is needed.

Step 4: Once accepted, you can submit for courses completed after program acceptance.

How to Submit for Reimbursement

Step 1: Sign in to your Forma account or activate your account: Forma

Step 2: Navigate to Claims in the menu.

Step 3: Click New Claim.

Step 4: Select your account: Education Assistance Reimbursement.

Step 5: Complete all required fields in the form.

Step 6: Upload the required files/documentation (e.g., receipts, transcripts).

Step 7: Click Submit.

After submission, you will be notified within 2–3 business days if your claim has been approved or denied.
