CHUBB’s emergency medical coverage includes benefits such as medical evacuation to the nearest hospital or appropriate medical facility, coverage for illnesses or injuries, and access to participating medical providers outside your home country when traveling on Schreiber business.

How to Get Started

Step 1: Before traveling, visit the CHUBB website at Chubb Travel Assistance

Step 2: Click on “Go to Travel Portal”

Step 3: If you have not registered yet, enter your email and click “Create Account”

Step 4: Fill out necessary fields in the “Create Account” section. Use “CHUBBAXA” for the Member ID field.

Step 5: You will be sent an email to verify your account and create a password

Step 6: Once you are registered, you can print your ID card (page 4 of the International Traveler Benefits presentation).

What if there is an emergency while I am traveling?

In an emergency call AXA Assistance right away. Your membership entitles you to help with arranging medical transportation or care; coordinating medical fees, when approved; monitoring your condition; evacuating you to a center of medical excellence if local care is inadequate; and providing help if your safety is at risk. You may also contact AXA Assistance if you need health, safety or security advice or if you need to find a local doctor or other medical provider. Business travel accident coverage is a type of insurance that provides protection for partners while they are traveling on company business. This coverage includes accidental death and dismemberment benefits, and other additional benefits such as coma, paralysis, and medical evacuation.

How to Get Started

If you believe you have been a victim of identity theft while traveling on Schreiber business, please contact 1.866.299.7277 to begin the process. You will be assigned a dedicated caseworker who will assist you throughout the entire process, helping you restore your identity if you become a victim of fraud. You will also receive a Customized Identity Fraud Resolution Kit, which includes valuable information and forms needed to alert credit bureaus and authorities. Additionally, they will help you place Fraud Alerts at the appropriate credit bureaus, establish Police Reports, and set up Credit Monitoring to mitigate any residual damage to your identity.

If you have suffered a covered loss or incurred a covered expense you will need to submit a completed claim form for any covered accident or eligible expense in order to receive reimbursement under the policy. For non-emergency charges and expenses, providers may ask you to pay the bill yourself using cash or a credit card. You may submit these charges with a claim form and payment receipts for reimbursement. In an emergency situation, contact AXA Assistance immediately to see if a guaranty of payment may be arranged.

Steps to File a Claim

Step 1: Visit the CHUBB Claims Portal

Step 2: Click on “Start a claim”

Step 3: Enter the policy number listed on your Chubb ID Card.

Step 4: Follow the prompts & upload all documentation needed to finalize your claim.
