Color Health offers a fully integrated solution that helps individuals determine their eligibility for preventive cancer screenings and supports them throughout the screening process. The program includes at‑home cancer screening kits, assistance with scheduling in‑person screenings, unlimited telehealth visits, and personalized support throughout the screening journey.
In addition to preventive screenings, Color provides specialized, high‑touch support for individuals who are currently affected by cancer, have had cancer in the past, or are caring for a loved one with cancer.
Support for People with a Cancer Diagnosis
For individuals with a cancer diagnosis or those undergoing treatment, Color provides personalized, wraparound support, including:
- Financial, logistical, mental wellbeing, and clinical decision support
- Access to knowledgeable care advocates who help manage appointments, transportation, lodging, and financial resources
- Support from a team of expert clinicians who work alongside an individual’s primary oncology team to answer questions about diagnoses, treatment options, and what to expect during care
