Eligibility
Virta is available to Schreiber Foods partners and eligible dependents ages 18 and older who are enrolled in the Schreiber Foods medical plan. This benefit is currently offered to those with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or a body mass index (BMI) of 27 or greater. Some medical conditions may make individuals ineligible; you can begin the application process to find out if you qualify.
